/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOnsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment /li liLocal hands-and-feet support for global IT teams /li liTroubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks) /li liSupport for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments /li liIncident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)



/li liCompliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures /li liParticipation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field /li li5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments /li liExperience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software /li liNetworking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing) /li liITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing /li liDatabase Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL /li liAvailable for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation /li liFluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
/li liCandidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
