/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Contract Management /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including: /li liFranchise and licensing agreements /li liSales, agency and distribution agreements /li liService agreements /li liPurchase and supply agreements /li liLogistics, warehousing, and transportation agreements /li liIT, software licensing, SaaS, and digital service agreements /li liOutsourcing, facility management, and utilities contracts /li /ul h3Legal Advisory /h3 ul liProvide clear, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders.
/li liEnsure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, company policies, and best practices.
/li liSupport management in strategic decisions relating to partnerships, procurement, and retail operations.
/li liAdvise on contract liabilities and manage related litigation matters /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Support /h3 ul liPartner closely with departments including Sales, Procurement and Finance.
/li liContribute proactively to business discussions, understanding commercial drivers and aligning legal advice accordingly.
/li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liLaw degree with excellent academic credentials and bar qualification is essential.
/li liAt least 2 years of legal experience at a top tier law firm, with extensive exposure to contract law and commercial agreements is a must.
/li liAdditional knowledges of company law and extraordinary corporate operations is a plus /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential /li /ul h3Key Skills Competencies /h3 ul liProven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
