Overview
In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-performance valvetrain solutions for traditional and eMobility powertrains.
You join a cross-functional, multicultural engineering team focused on translating customer needs into robust engineering deliverables.
You will design, analyze, validate, and industrialize valvetrain components from prototype to serial production, ensuring quality and manufacturability.
This position offers the opportunity to work with global suppliers and OEM teams, influence product strategy, and drive innovation in a dynamic mobility group.

Responsabilità
Design, analyze, validate, and industrialize valvetrain components from prototype through serial production
Ensure functionality, durability, manufacturability, and compliance with customer requirements




Translate customer specifications into engineering deliverables, validation plans, and development activities
Interface technically with suppliers and OEM engineering teams across Italy and Western Europe
Support prototype builds, prepare technical documentation and engineering reports, and present results
Contribute to system design, validation, and development of products across Eaton's portfolio including eMobility solutions
Track project progress and report activities to the Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably automotive
Fluent in English
Knowledge of product design and combustion engines
Experience with cross-functional teamwork and reporting
