Drive new business growth and hit sales, revenue, and pipeline targets
Identify and qualify new opportunities within the assigned market
Lead development of client proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders




Collaborate with internal SMEs and international teams to deliver client solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Represent International SOS at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in B2B sales, professional services, or customer-facing environments
Proven ability to apply consultative selling techniques and meet/exceed sales targets
Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional contacts
Exposure to commercial negotiations, proposals, bids, and tender processes
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to work in an international environment
