pWe are looking for an Project Manager Equipment Supply (PMES) in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers.
The position is open in Parma or Mantua.
/ph3Your Mission /h3ulliLead end-to-end project execution, confirming a complete scope of supply, responsibilities and milestones at the kick-off meeting.
/liliManage scope changes and assess their impact on schedule, cost and quality, keeping stakeholders aligned on next steps.
/liliOwn project planning and monitor critical activities to support delivery on schedule and to Sidel quality standards.
/liliConnect Engineering, SOP, Procurement, Quality, Production Centers and suppliers throughout order fulfilment, driving decisions that support On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.
/liliAnticipate risks, resolve deviations, escalate critical issues and support cost control through clear KPI reporting.
/liliShare lessons learned, improve ways of working,



and coach the team to strengthen capability and accountability.
/li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with fluency in English.
/liliStrong project planning and coordination skills, with the confidence to work across functions and suppliers.
/liliA structured, proactive approach to problem-solving, priorities and change.
/liliClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset that helps build alignment.
/liliCuriosity, learning agility and a commitment to developing both processes and people.
/liliSupply Chain experience, particularly 2–3 years, or experience in the beverage industry is a plus—not a requirement.
