You will work with international teams to align people strategies with business goals, oversee the employee lifecycle, and drive HR processes and analytics in a dynamic tech environment.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HRBP/HRD roles within international digital or IT companies, strong workforce planning, and a data-driven mindset.
Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
