pThe South Riverdale Community Health Centre is seeking a Primary Care Asthma Program (PCAP) Educator for a full-time, permanent role in Canada.
The educator will work with primary care providers to assess, diagnose, and educate clients and families about asthma and COPD, promoting collaborative management in the community.
