OverviewIn this role you will oversee the Retail channel to ensure correct policy implementation and alignment with Trade Marketing.
You will coordinate local activities with customers and Trade Marketing, aiming to maximize product availability and visibility in stores.
You will negotiate orders and shelf space at select points of sale, driving promotions and in-store execution.

ResponsabilitàManage point-of-sale visits following In Call Execution guidelines
Plan and implement promotions with Sell-In teams
Ensure in-store activities align with channel policy and category standards
Verify assortments and address gaps with store personnel
Monitor displays, pricing, promotions,



and shelf life
Maximize product visibility using POS materials and space allocation proposals
Build relationships with store managers
Collect and analyze baseline and promotional data and share insights with other functions
Negotiate promotional and baseline orders at selected points of sale
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing; Sell Out/Sales Account is a plus
Residence in Frosinone
Valid driving license
Fluent in English and Italian
Degree in Business Management/Trade Marketing
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and autonomously or in a team
Prior experience with retail channel and POP execution (desirable)
