/p h3Main purpose of the role /h3 pThe bOperations Analyst, France /b is responsible for managing key customer accounts within their assigned region, overseeing the full order lifecycle from order placement through final delivery.
The role involves close coordination with Sales, Operations, customers, and warehouse partners to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include managing the regional orderbook, identifying replenishment opportunities, resolving operational issues, and supporting broader sales and operational initiatives.
/p pThis role requires tasks to be completed for both the operations team in the EMEA head office and the in-market sales team in Spain.
/p h3Key duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) /h3 ul libManage key customers within the assigned region /b, acting as their main point of contact and overseeing the entire order process from initial placement through final delivery.
/li liProvide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met.
/li liWork closely with Sales, Operations, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
/li liProcess and manage customer orders in JDE Oracle, including manual and EDI orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, and stock allocation.




/li liProcess and manage orders in various customer and 3PL warehouse portals, maintaining strong communication with both the customer and fulfillment team.
/li liCoordinate order modifications, stock availability, delivery scheduling, and shipping requirements.
/li liEnsure all products and deliveries comply with customer guidelines and applicable EU toy safety and labeling requirements.
/li liMonitor order fulfillment, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and dispatched according to customer expectations.
/li liReview open orders regularly, proactively communicating updates, delays, and potential issues to customers and internal teams.
/li liTake ownership of resolving order-related issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction.
/li liMaintain allocation priorities based on business needs.
/li liContinually revise the open orderbook for all customers in the region, regularly updating the order management team.
/li /ul h3Other responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the sales team with various clerical duties relating to customer compliance.bSpecifics: complete customer catalogues using Jakks pricing, logistics data, images, and item codes.
Collaborate with customers directly to ensure the order process runs smoothly (from beginning to end).
/b /li liFollow up with customers.
bSpecifics : review POS data and customer inventory to solicit replenishment orders.
Prepare inventory reports and communicate with various customers to determine which stock needs to be replenished.
/b /li liProvide support for miscellaneous operational or sales initiatives as needed,



including special projects, one-off campaigns, or urgent stock adjustments.bUse understanding of different aspects of the business to complete miscellaneous tasks as necessary.
