Managesserviceduringbusyperiodsandintheabsenceofseniorchefs,managesthekitchenensuringallstandardsandqualityproceduresareadheredtothestandards
AssistsSeniorChefsinthedevelopmentofnewmenuideastoensureallmenusareseasonalandcreativeusingthefinestingredients
EnsurecompliancetoallrelevantHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentmanagementproceduresandcontrolswithinadefinedareaofactivitysothatCompanyprovidesworldclassandluxurioushospitalityservicestoitsguests
Supervisesandcheckeverydishsentfromthesectiontoensurehighestqualitystandardsaremaintained.
AsChefdepartieandsectioninchargeresponsibleforrefrigerationcleaning,stockrotation,datecodingandsectiondeepcleaning
Intheabsenceofaseniorchefensurethedailykitchenrecordsandlabellingstandardsarebeingmaintainedatalltimes.
