/li liForecasting Reporting: Support sales forecasting activities and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
/li liInternal Process Execution: Assist the sales team in organizing internal business workflows (e-Plus platform) and executing daily operational processes.
/li liContract Revenue Support: Assist with loan contract Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, contract/Purchase Order amendments, and revenue recognition-related activities.
/li liTender Process Coordination:



Coordinate end-to-end tender operations, including document preparation, internal follow-ups, and final submission.
/li /ul h3Functie-eisen /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: Previous experience in sales support, business coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
/li liSoftware Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
/li liCommercial Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial processes; prior knowledge of the Utility-Scale PV BESS industry is preferred.
/li liSoft Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
/li liLanguages: Proficiency in Italian and English.
Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
