LG&A; Sales Training Intern
, within our dynamic Worldwide
Sales Training Department
based in
Milan
.
Reporting to the
Corporate Sales Training Senior Manager
, the selected candidate will contribute to the enhancement of the
Leather Goods and Accessories
(LG&A;) category by supporting the daily coordination of training activities and projects.
Accountabilities
LG&A; Training Coordination and Content Creation:
Support the editing and distribution of learning programs and materials, including the coordination of translations where needed;
Under the guidance of the Training Manager, coordinate internal communications and participant coordination, including structuring calendars, invitations, follow-ups, and the cascading of learning materials;
Maintain and organize files, databases, presentations, and internal documentation;
Support content creation for the Retail population by collecting information, success stories, best practices, and insights from Markets and Central Functions.
LG&A; Training Events and Community Animation:
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of training sessions, meetings and events;




Provide administrative and operational support for training activities and projects;
Coordinate logistics in partnership with the Training Manager, including participant lists, travel information, venues, schedules, and materials;
Contribute to the engagement of the LG&A; community on internal Social Media platforms;
LG&A; Training Impact and Reporting:
Support in the creation of reports to assess the impact of learning activities through data tracking, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and consistently updated;
Coordinate with markets to collect feedback, data, and follow-ups;
Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
Good knowledge of
MS Office
, with Excel and PowerPoint skills
Good knowledge of
Canva
Knowledge of
Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and InDesign
will be considered a plus
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
Excellent organizational skills
High attention to detail
Reliable and comfortable working with data, deadlines and multiple stakeholders
Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
