This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on manufacturing performance, operational efficiency and long-term business growth across the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead CAPEX projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline and budget. /liliPartner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and business value. /liliApply Barry Callebaut project management methodologies and engineering standards throughout all project phases. /liliManage project risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively address potential deviations. /liliMonitor, report and elevate project progress with transparency and accuracy. /liliContinuously seek opportunities to optimize cost, schedule,



scope and overall project value. /liliEnsure the highest standards of health, safety, environment and food safety throughout project execution. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic and international environment. /liliSupport project peer reviews, value engineering initiatives and continuous improvement activities. /liliContribute to root cause analyses when required. /liliCollaborate closely with site leadership teams, engineering experts, procurement, finance and external suppliers. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in engineering, food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments. /liliProven track record of delivering major CAPEX projects in international manufacturing environments. /liliStrong expertise in project management, including scope management, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, change management and risk mitigation. /liliPMI certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred. /liliStrong technical understanding of food manufacturing processes and industrial engineering solutions. /liliAdvanced problem-solving,
