We are open to support with relocation efforts. /li /ul h3The Role /h3 pAs a bMobile Software Architect /b at Air Apps, you will take the lead in designing scalable and performant mobile architecture for our suite of applications - primarily focused on iOS, with cross-functional knowledge of Android development considered a plus. /p pYou will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to craft elegant and efficient solutions that support millions of users globally. This is a strategic and technical leadership role where your decisions will influence the long-term evolution of our mobile ecosystem. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and lead the mobile architecture strategy, ensuring a scalable and maintainable foundation across projects. /li liFocus primarily on iOS architecture, libraries, and platform-specific patterns, while maintaining an understanding of Android frameworks. /li liCollaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure architectural decisions align with product goals and user experience.



/li liEstablish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and performance guidelines. /li liLead architectural reviews and provide guidance on refactoring and scaling existing mobile applications. /li liDesign APIs, SDKs, and modular components that can be reused across teams. /li liGuide decisions around third-party libraries, mobile tooling, and build/deployment pipelines. /li liPartner with backend and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration between mobile apps and services. /li liStay current with the latest trends and best practices in mobile architecture, performance, and security. /li liMentor mobile engineers and help elevate the team’s technical proficiency. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAround 6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong architectural mindset. /li liDeep expertise in iOS development using Swift (Objective-C knowledge is a plus). /li liSolid understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and other modern iOS frameworks. /li liExperience with app performance optimization, modularization, and offline-first strategies. /li liFamiliarity with Android development (Kotlin/Java) is a strong plus. /li liExperience integrating with APIs, handling mobile data storage, caching, and background tasks. /li liStrong knowledge of App Store submission, mobile security, and compliance guidelines. /liliExperience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to explain architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. /li liPassion for clean code, design patterns (MVVM, VIPER, etc.),
