/li liPlanning and participating in industrial hygiene audits at company and factory level. /li liDefining and monitoring industrial hygiene performance indicators and related reporting. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liDegree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. /li liAt least 8 years HSE experience in manufacturing industries. /li liSolid knowledge of industrial hygiene topics and related regulations. /li liFamiliarity with HSE management systems and related procedures (e.g. ISO 45001). /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liAvailability for travel/short trips abroad. /li /ul h3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3 ul liExperience in HSE or Industrial Hygiene roles within manufacturing environments. /li liQualifications as an Industrial Hygiene specialist according to applicable legislation. /li liExperience in chemical, rubber or process industries. /li liStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to operate in complex organizations. /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /li liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 60.000 euro. /li liThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications /li liThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
