Overview In this role, you drive UK and EMEA tax compliance and reporting to support scalable global operations. You'll partner with Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to manage multi-jurisdictional tax matters and ensure accurate filings. A key focus is coordinating audits and implementing efficient tax processes to support global expansion.

Coordinate preparation and review of local tax returns and statutory accounts with external advisors
Support income tax provision process for UK/EMEA entities under IFRS (IAS 12)
Act as main contact for EMEA tax audits and liaise with authorities and advisers
Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations to provide practical tax guidance




Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification preferred
~6+ years of progressive experience in UK and/or EMEA corporate tax
~ Strong experience with UK corporate tax and VAT; IFRS / IAS 12 knowledge; Familiarity with tax audits, transfer pricing concepts, and intercompany structures in a multinational environment
~ Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP and tax tools experience a plus
~ Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
~ Collaborative, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting
