Overview
In this role you will lead the translation of customer needs into innovative MDC technologies for subsea applications. You will work with cross-functional teams across locations to define requirements, design new products, and drive development from concept to qualification and delivery. You will explore new ideas, pursue patents, and perform market and FTO analysis to keep us competitive. You’ll manage supplier input and align maintenance, VOC, and lessons learned with the NPI program. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role within a mission-driven energy company.

Responsabilità
- Define product requirements and lead the design of new MDC products
- Develop solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers through design, manufacturing, and testing




- Create patents and perform Freedom to Operate analysis and monitor market trends
- Incorporate VOC and lessons learned into NPI program selection and development
- Establish technical requirements compliant with international codes and standards
- Present design outcomes in design reviews
- Own deliverables within budget and schedule constraints

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in Subsea equipment engineering
- Strong 3D CAD experience (preferably PTC Creo)
- Deep GD&T; and Design for Manufacture understanding
- PLM experience for document management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicts
- Strong communication in English
- Proficiency in hand calculations for preliminary sizing
- Knowledge of TeamCenter, Mathcad, Ansys, or Sesam is advantageous
