Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a sales team, coaching and mentoring for progression
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and in-person meetings
- Manage customer relationships for new clients,



ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades
- Provide accurate forecasting of sales volume
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans with Heads of Desk
- Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and processes
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members

Requisiti fondamentali
- Track record of sales management, ideally in FX or cross-border financial services
- Financial services experience; a network is advantageous
- First-class communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior SME level
- Fluency in Italian and English
