The HR Transmission Team is looking for an HR Business Partner to support the rapid growth of the Jointing & Land Installation (JLI) department. The successful candidate will help manage and support a workforce primarily operating across installation sites worldwide, currently concentrated mainly in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities, ensuring effective alignment between business priorities and people strategies.
- Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses and reports to support organizational decision-making.
- Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, and organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in international HR projects and support the deployment of global HR processes and policies.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management activities.




- Collaborate with local HR teams and stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Support planning, recruiting, and talent management processes in close cooperation with the Business Unit Centers of Expertise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Humanities, or a related field.
- Proven experience as HR Generalist, Junior HRBP, or similar roles, preferably within structured and international organizations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Interest in working within multicultural and global environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across national and international locations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is considered a plus.
