We are currently offering a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, with direct exposure to senior leadership and high-impact projects.
The role will report directly to the Executive Vice-President Europe.
What You'll Do
- Shape and continuously update the Italy business and investment plan,



factoring in project timelines, market trends, and evolving dynamics
- Act as a key advisor to the Italy Country Director on capital allocation and portfolio strategy
- Support the launch and scaling of the data center business segment from a financial perspective
- Stay on top of the Italian energy market (pricing, incentives, auctions, regulation, grid constraints, storage evolution) to inform strategic decisions
- Act as a bridge between technical/project teams and finance, ensuring alignment on project performance and budgets
- Lead budgeting activities (revenues, costs, and cash flows) in line with US GAAP principles
- Monitor performance vs. budget and perform variance analysis
- Identify and reallocate underutilized capital to maximize portfolio efficiency and returns
- Budgeting, forecasting, project-level P&L;
- Cash and balance-sheet analysis, development costs/CIP, variance analysis and managem
