What You'll Do

As an DigitalAds Specialists, you'll speak with customers by phone to:
- Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
- Present offers and close sales
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Answer questions about services and subscriptions
- Handle customer doubts and complaints
- Build positive customer relationships

Compensation & Conditions
- €1,100 total package/month including accommodation agevolazioni paid 14x per year
- Health insurance from day one




- 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
- Rotating schedule: Monday-Friday 07:00-19:00; Saturday 08:00-17:00

You'd Be a Good Fit If You...
- Speak Italian fluently
- Enjoy talking to people and understanding what they need
- Are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Can handle rejection and customer objections
- Enjoy working towards measurable sales targets
Sales or telesales experience is a plus, especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
