About the Role
The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is supported by a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to help grow the trainer's client base and health and fitness passion. The trainer will work within a premium health and wellness group that aims to create a sense of belonging and an environment where teams can thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions.
- Create and deliver programming plans.
- Guide members in the gym environment.
- Support members to achieve their goals.
- Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
- Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.




- Passion for customer service.
- Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Salary
- Minimum £16.00 per session.
- £21 Per session from the 16th session each week.
- 50% net revenue and £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
