Within Eaton's Electrical business, theLife Safety Division (LSD) plays a critical role in protecting people and buildings during emergency situations. The division is globally recognized for its expertise in emergency lighting, fire detection, alarm, notification, and mass notification systems-enabling safe evacuation and supporting regulatory compliance across demanding commercial and institutional environments.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Specification Engineer (Prescrittore) - Emergency Lighting Key Accounts for the Lombardy and Northern Italy region.
In this strategic role, the Specification Engineer – Emergency Lighting Key Accounts is responsible for developing and strengthening a robust network of key specification stakeholders within an assigned territory,



with a particular focus on emergency lighting solutions for commercial and institutional building projects. These stakeholders typically include engineering consultancies, design authorities, and major end-users managing standardized portfolios or high-value developments.
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (including base salary and Sales Incentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 - EUR 80.960 gross per year.
