Stefanini Group is hiring a Senior Deskside Technician to provide hands-on IT support onsite in Parma. You will resolve complex issues, deploy patches, validate master images, and assist with infrastructure testing in collaboration with clients.
You will support IOS devices, manage Active Directory permissions, and contribute to postmaster scripts and automation efforts while communicating in Italian and English. 40 hours/week onsite with competitive benefits.
