About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support our growing business in Italy. The role covers HR compliance, organisation, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employee relations. Key Responsibilities * Manage HR compliance and employee relations in line with Italian labour law and applicable CCNLs. * Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, contracts and HR documentation. * Support organisation design, workforce planning and job structure. * Coordinate performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews and improvement plans. * Manage compensation & benefits, salary reviews, bonuses and payroll-related HR matters. * Lead recruitment for key positions and support workforce planning.



* Provide HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day people matters. * Prepare HR reports and support regional HR projects. Requirements * 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company. * Strong knowledge of Italian employment law, HR compliance and CCNL. * Solid experience in C&B;, performance management, organisation and recruitment. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent Italian and good Mandarin. * Independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
