About the Dutch Customer Service Role As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other digital communication channels. You will answer customer questions, resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will work in an international Customer Service / Customer Support environment, using your Dutch language skills every day while communicating in English with your colleagues and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other communication channels. * Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.



* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools. * Follow customer service procedures and quality standards. * Meet individual and team customer service KPIs. * Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction. * Work effectively with an international and multicultural team.
