Responsabilità
Drive guest-focused service and upselling to maximize revenue per guest Ensure brand promise and service standards are consistently delivered Handle guest and internal complaints promptly and satisfactorily Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues across departments Spend peak-period time in the Outlet to supervise operations and ensure peak performance Collaborate with management to forecast, budget, and optimize labor and purchasing Foster clear, timely communication with team and other departments Promote professional working relationships and a culture of service excellence
Requisiti fondamentali
At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related field experience Associate degree and 3+ years related experience Strong F&B; service background Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle problems proactively Knowledge of hotel department functions and interdepartmental coordination Italian and English language proficiency Experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing strong communication customer-focused problem-solving forecasting budgeting labor management
