Job Title: Technical Authority in Broadband Optical Communication ICs

Your Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical authority responsible for defining broadband optical communication IC architectures and technology roadmaps.
- Define architectures for broadband optical communication ICs and provide technical leadership for strategic developments.
- Develop system and IC architectures that meet project requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed subsystem specifications.
- Lead architecture trade-off analysis to optimize design decisions.
- Support implementation teams throughout the development and validation phases.
- Participate in discussions regarding customer needs and technology roadmaps.
- Guide engineering teams on critical architectural decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of semiconductor IC development experience.
- Proven track record with multiple successful broadband optical communication IC tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodes.
- Expertise in broadband optical communication IC and PHY architectures, including high-speed optical links and electro-optical interfaces.




- Familiarity with TIA, VCSEL drivers, SerDes, PLL/CDR, and ADC/DAC architectures.
- Experience with advanced CMOS nodes, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI technologies.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and/or system modeling tools.
