Michael Page - Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments. - Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards. - Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes. - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement - Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary. - Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization, and launch activities. - Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools. - Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
