the Assistant Maître d'Hotel supports both the Restaurant Manager and the Maître d'Hotel in overseeing the service operations of the fine dining restaurant. The role is responsible, although not limited to, supervising daily restaurant service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
