Overview

In this role you will help grow the chemicals business for professional kitchen solutions, with focus on detergents for ovens and dishwashers. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing and Digital teams to shape product strategy, enable after-sales support, and manage end-to-end sales journeys. You will drive campaigns, integrations, and local setup to expand across markets. This is a hands-on role for a growth-minded professional who values innovation and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilità

- Define target segments and customer needs for chemicals, and shape competitive product portfolio
- Oversee product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and profitability decisions
- Provide technical support to customers and service partners; develop training materials
- Support end-to-end customer journeys, systems alignment and regional setups
- Plan and execute chemical sales campaigns, monitor KPIs,



and align with global/local strategies
- Assist integration of chemical sales into OnE Connected and Customer Service systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes and service quality

Requisiti fondamentali

- Sales background with chemical products (ideally detergents)
- Experience in product management, chemicals or related industries
- Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Service, Marketing and Digital
- Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of business processes and digital technologies
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
