Overview As a Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Technical Architect, you lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions within Salesforce Professional Services. You act as the Data Cloud SME and drive cross-cloud success with Marketing Cloud, shaping data architectures aligned to business goals. You'll work with project leaders to ensure timely, integrated deployments while communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

This role offers impact at scale, contributing to AI-enabled customer success and enterprise data governance. Act as primary Data Cloud subject matter expert to support project delivery and AI-ready data strategy Drive the creation of design documents (Blueprints/FSD) leveraging Salesforce best practices Design and guide enterprise data architecture with emphasis on data governance and security Provide technical leadership on integration development, architecture standards, and environment management Lead code reviews and establish coding standards (SQL, SSJS, AMPScript)



Troubleshoot and mitigate implementation risks to ensure project success Data Cloud Expertise with enterprise use cases (Data 360) OR Marketing Cloud Mastery (2+ years) ~10+ years in professional services ~ Deep knowledge of MDM, data distribution, data modeling, and metadata/ lineage ~ Clear solution documentation of data flows and technical artifacts ~ Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions and map to our product suite ~ Cross-cloud integration experience using REST/SOAP;

experience with ETL, CRM, Data Lakes ~ ability to lead meetings, testing, and validation ~ English and Italian language proficiency ~ Degree or equivalent relevant experience ~ Stakeholder management ~ Data Cloud (Data 360) design and configuration ~ Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) ~
