About Yoro

Yoro is building a new financial ecosystem connecting physical gold trading, blockchain technology, and investment opportunities.

Our activities span gold trading operations, tokenized assets, investment strategies, and the development of new financial ventures.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-driven manager to oversee our strategic partnership with Fargo, coordinate joint operations, and help develop and launch new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Fargo Partnership & Operations

- Manage and strengthen Yoro's strategic relationship with Fargo.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of joint gold trading batches and cycles.
- Coordinate partners, logistics, payments, documentation, and timelines.
- Monitor cash flow, cycle profitability, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure transparency and accountability across operations.

Strategic Initiatives

- Support the development and execution of Yoro's new business ventures, including:
- Gold processing and refining operations in Uganda.
- Gold-focused treasury company.
- Hedge fund and investment arm.
- IPO strategy and capital markets initiatives.
- Translate strategic opportunities into actionable plans and measurable milestones.
- Coordinate advisors, partners, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.





Requirements

- Professional experience in blockchain/Web3 or traditional finance (TradFi) is essential.
- Experience in operations, strategic partnerships, finance, or business development.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and financial skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to execute independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and international stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Italian required. Polish is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bergamo and travel regularly to Warsaw.

Nice to have: Experience in commodity trading, investment management, corporate finance, or capital markets.
