Overview Senior HV Engineer to drive technical delivery for international EPC projects in energy storage. You will evaluate and review HV substation designs, manage interfaces with clients and stakeholders, and support tendering, construction, and commissioning. You'll work closely with PMs, contractors, and utilities to align deliverables with standards and project schedules.

This role combines technical leadership with cross‐functional collaboration to enable successful large-scale energy storage solutions.

Responsabilità Support bid preparation by reviewing technical specs, assessing solutions, and identifying risks/opportunities Review and approve engineering deliverables from EPC contractors and suppliers for standards compliance Manage clarifications, deviations, and engineering changes across the lifecycle Monitor engineering progress and participate in technical reviews and issue resolution Serve as main technical interface with clients, utilities, owner's engineers,



and permitting authorities Requisiti fondamentali Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min 8 years of experience in HV substations up to 400 kV within EPC projects Strong understanding of HV primary equipment, Protection & Control, SCADA/SAS, earthing, and power system studies Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ANSI, CEI, NEC, NESC standards and tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, PowerFactory Experience managing multidisciplinary international stakeholders and external consultants Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills; proactive problem solver Professional proficiency in English and Italian Willingness for national and international travel cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management proactive problem-solving HV substations (up to 400 kV) Protection & Control systems SCADA/SAS
