DescriptionWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of commercial strategies across International Markets. In this role, you will act as a key link between Marketing and Sales, turning market and commercial data into actionable insights, supporting business planning and helping identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability across channels.What You’ll DoAnalyze market, category, competitor and channel performance data to identify opportunities and support decision-makingMonitor KPIs and dashboards to track commercial performance and measure the effectiveness of key initiativesPrepare reports and presentations for management, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendationsSupport Sales in commercial discussions with distributors by providing insights, analyses and toolsEvaluate promotional activities and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investmentWork on revenue management activities, focusing on promotions, pricing guidelines and performance trackingContribute to annual planning processes, business reviews and strategic commercial projectsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support the execution of commercial strategiesWho We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in analytical, commercial or strategic roles, ideally in dynamic and international environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsSolid understanding of pricing, promotions, profitability and commercial dynamicsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI and market-data tools is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, with a collaborative mindsetCommercial mindset,
