Job OverviewThe Production Supervisor manages and develops the team, ensuring integration, training, and performance evaluation.

The role includes coordinating daily operations, continuous improvement, and collaboration with support functions.

Coach Team Leaders on quality basics.

Achieve shift objectives through production control.
