The St. Regis Rome is seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the hotel culinary team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B;, you will craft breads and pastries, manage doughs, fillings, proofing, and baking to the highest standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, food safety discipline, and teamwork. Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required as we operate 365 days a year.
