Overview In this role you will shape and safeguard Glovo’s local operational framework in Italy while elevating the rider experience during a period of rapid growth. You lead a small team, ensure compliance with Italian regulations, and manage union relations to build a scalable delivery network. You will drive efficient rider support and billing processes, and collaborate with global teams to align with strategy.
This is a data-informed, impact-focused position with a strong emphasis on regulatory and operational excellence.

Responsabilità
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of 4 direct reports across rider acquisition, rider experience/support, billing & cash management, union relations, and legal/authorities support
- Define,
deploy and monitor local processes to guarantee compliance with Italian regulations, local laws, and authorities' guidelines
- Establish and maintain productive union dialogue and external institutional relationships
- Improve rider onboarding, support, and automated billing and cash management processes
- Collaborate with Global Operations, Legal and Finance to align local operations with global strategies
- Leverage data and automation to streamline workflows and scale processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- People leadership experience (managing 4+ direct reports)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with Excel and Looker experience
- Project and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
