Drive long-term growth by cultivating high-value partnerships and expanding market reach Lead complex commercial negotiations to structure mutually beneficial agreements Empower the channel network to deliver scalable value to end customers Shape the partner ecosystem as the primary architect of initiatives bridging technical innovation with commercial success Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with at least five years in sales or business development in MSP/MSSP Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas with partner development and go-to-market strategies Deep knowledge of MSP/MSSP landscape, including recurring-revenue, consumption-based, and partner-led models Strong experience managing complex commercial processes: pricing, contracting, negotiation Advanced CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills; Fluency in English Executive influence Global collaboration CRM proficiency Pipeline management
