Offer DescriptionThe project aims to develop innnovative nanomedicine-based strategies for the delibery of therapeutic molecules to gthe brain for the treatment of neurological disorders, including Fragile X Syndrome. The candidate will be involved in the preparation and characterization of nanoparticles,



the optimization of their physicochemical properties, and the evaluation of their interactions with cellular models and in vitro systems that recapitulate the blood-brain barriere with different levels of complexity. The research activities will also include validation studies in in vivo experimental models, aimed at assessing the efficacy and safety of the developed delivery systems. This work will contribute to the development of innovative and potentially translatable strategies for the non -invasise delivery of therapeutic molecules for the treatment of neurological disorders
