Overview In this role you onboard and enable clients to adopt Deel's platform, guiding them through configuration, integrations, and implementation. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful delivery, impacting client success and Deel's growth in new markets. You will blend technical know-how with a strong customer focus to enable compliant global payroll and HRIS usage.

Responsabilità Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel's platform

Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and configure solutions

Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation

Provide training and support to clients on using Deel's platform





Troubleshoot issues during implementation

Identify process improvements to boost efficiency

Capture client feedback for product improvements

Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems

Experience managing client relationships through implementation

Excellent project management with timelines and priorities

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting

Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field strong communication and interpersonal skills customer-focused mindset ability to work cross-functionally
