Overview As Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with the CFO, department heads, and international teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements for sustainable growth. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with timely reporting Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting in collaboration with department heads Oversee cash flow, working capital, and ROI analyses for investments Coordinate with local/regional controllers for consistent reporting 5+ years in Finance and Controlling, with ideally Big Four audit plus corporate controlling experience ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams ~ Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus ~ Strong sense of responsibility and business orientation ~ stakeholder management ~ Microsoft Excel ~ financial modelling ~ variance analysis
