We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager – Service. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience in sales, preferably within rental companies, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and B2B environments, as well as proven experience in selling services. This position will report directly to the Business Line Manager. Key Responsibilities * Achieve service revenue targets in Italy and increase the penetration of service products. * Maintain proactive communication with customers to identify after-sales service needs. * Propose appropriate service solutions, both from a technical and commercial perspective. * Collaborate closely with the technical support team to deliver a committed,



efficient, and high-quality service. * Work jointly with the capital equipment sales team to drive proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction. * Manage customer incidents and coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure agile and effective solutions. * Consistently record all commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate market information and an up-to-date database. * Meet sales objectives by developing action plans to identify prospects, targets, and new markets. * Follow up on leads generated through different channels. * Availability to travel more than 50% of the time. Candidate Profile * Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * More than 2 years of sales experience within a high-level industrial company (experience in rental companies will be a plus). * Strong technical knowledge. * Experience in sales management and territory management. * Excell
