Overview Join Coesia's Group Finance Controlling to lead divisional controlling and management reporting in an international setting. You will drive timely, high-quality financial insights and support cross-functional decision-making while advancing digitalization of finance processes. This role sits at the heart of performance management, aligning divisional data with Group standards and fostering standardized, data-driven reporting.

You will collaborate with global Finance teams and key Corporate stakeholders, shaping how the organization measures and improves performance.

automation and digitalization of reporting processes using BI tools Contribute to cross-functional Finance projects and group initiatives Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support data-driven decisions Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A;, or Management Reporting within international environments Strong knowledge of management control, financial reporting and accounting fundamentals Fluent English (spoken and written) across multinational stakeholders Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar BI tools experience preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into clear insights Excel PowerPoint Power BI
