In this field-based role, you will combine mechanical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer focus to commission, optimize, maintain, and improve equipment throughout its lifecycle. Your Responsibilities * Perform mechanical checkout, commissioning, and startup activities for converting roll machines * Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, processes, and tools both on-site and remotely * Execute maintenance, process checks, and quality inspections to optimize equipment performance and product quality * Recommend spare parts, upgrades, and improvement opportunities to customers * Deliver technical training at customer sites and in-house facilities * Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance technical solutions * Ensure service activities are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction What We Expect From You * Technical school diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics, or a related field * 2–3 years of experience as a mechanical check-out technician in a manufacturing environment; converting industry experience is a plus * Knowledge of MS Office 365, SAP, and 2D/3D CAD tools * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities * Structured and systematic approach to work and project execution * Customer-focused mindset and service orientation * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Commitment to quality standards and safety procedures * Availability and willingness to travel extensively worldwide * Professional proficiency in English and Italian To succeed in this role You are a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges and working directly with customers.
