Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in defining VDX Technologies’ vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with other founders to build a sustainable and scalable business. This full-time hybrid position is based in Rivignano Teor, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and validating product concepts, overseeing market research, and guiding go-to-market initiatives.

The Co-Founder will help build key customer relationships, lead or support sales conversations, and represent the company in meetings with partners, investors, and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include setting operational priorities,



cultivating a collaborative culture, and ensuring that data-driven solutions align with client needs and long-term business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and data concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven sales skills to build relationships, manage lead pipelines, and close opportunities in B2B environments.
- Marketing experience, including positioning, messaging, and basic digital or growth marketing practices for technology products.
- Research capabilities to analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs, and to test product-market fit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups, early-stage ventures, or business building initiatives.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Rivignano Teor, collaborate across functions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Background in technology, data, or related fields is beneficial; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
