About the Role The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is supported by a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to help grow the trainer's client base and health and fitness passion. The trainer will work within a premium health and wellness group that aims to create a sense of belonging and an environment where teams can thrive physically and mentally. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions. * Create and deliver programming plans. * Guide members in the gym environment. * Support members to achieve their goals. * Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions. Required Experience & Qualifications * Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply. * Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals. * Strong communication and interaction skills. * Self-driven with a positive outlook.



* Passion for customer service. * Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week. Salary * Minimum £16.00 per session. * £21 Per session from the 16th session each week. * 50% net revenue and £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
