The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded, and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager to join our High Performance Power team reporting directly to the Business Line Director. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Definition (Inbound Marketing) * Collaborate with the Business Line Director, Lead Architects, and Systems Engineering to define the multi-year product roadmap for high-performance power solutions (e.g., Power Management ICs, DC-DC regulators, and Application Specific power products). * Conduct voice-of-customer (VOC) interviews with key automotive, industrial, and data center customers to capture explicit technical and commercial requirements.



* Translate customer pain points into actionable Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with clear feature prioritization and value propositions. * Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, benchmarking, and teardowns to maintain an enduring competitive advantage. Go-to-Market & New Product Introductions (Outbound Marketing) * Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) launch plans to ensure commercial readiness upon tape-out and silicon release. * Partner with Technical Marketing and MarCom to generate compelling technical collateral, including product briefs, datasheets, white papers, application notes, selector guides, and customer-facing pitch decks. * Define and roll out evaluation kits, reference designs, and software/GUI collateral in coordination with Applications Engineering to accelerate customer design-in cycles. * Deliver technical and commercial train
