Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights Foster a positive candidate experience through proactive communication Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate ATS data to ensure compliance and process alignment

Requisiti fondamentali

3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication skills Experience building relationships and influencing leaders as a consultative partner Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines Experience recruiting for diverse, technical and professional roles and negotiating offers Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools consultative partnering stakeholder management strong written and verbal communication ATS CRM sourcing strategies
