Overview In this role, you drive the adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios across the EMEA region by aligning local execution with global marketing strategy. You work with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and education teams to accelerate portfolio growth and therapy adoption. You lead field marketing for launches and develop customer-facing materials and training aligned with regional priorities. You will engage with key physicians and centers, support major congresses and events, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at Abbott that shapes how innovative cardiovascular solutions reach patients.

Implement EMEA marketing programs in partnership with country Sales and Marketing teams to drive LAAO/ICE adoption Lead field marketing for major product launches from readiness to post-launch adoption Develop customer-facing materials, tools, communications,



and training aligned with EMEA priorities Partner with Sales to support strategic account development and portfolio growth Develop educational and commercial initiatives illustrating ICE-guided workflows across the region Lead marketing support for EMEA congresses, events, workshops, and advisory boards Support country teams with clinical data, competitive intelligence, tender support, and regional communications Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations Collaborate across EMEA, country, and Global teams to optimize portfolio commercialization and execution

Requisiti fondamentali

Significant medical device industry experience, preferably in cardiovascular interventions Experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Therapy Development; LAAO experience strongly preferred Experience with imaging technologies; ICE experience preferred Proven track record launching products and driving downstream marketing and adoption Experience working with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and physician stakeholders Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrix organization EMEA or multi-country experience; languages such as French or Italian are advantageous Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 70% across the EMEA region Cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking Stakeholder management LAAO portfolio knowledge Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) expertise Cardiovascular device marketing
